With over 20 years of experience working with athletes I am fully aware of the importance of the adductor group to proper functioning and performance. I also understand that not everyone feels comfortable treating the adductors and it's not because you aren't a skilled therapist, it's because you've never been taught. I will guide you through some basic communication skills to help your client feel comfortable and you feel confident.
